Our Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy (Effective May 10 2025)
At Suwanee Lash+Skin, we’re always working to create the best experience possible for our clients. In order to maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system for both our team and our guests, we are updating our booking and cancellation policy starting May 10.
Please take a moment to review our updated guidelines below. We appreciate your understanding and support as we grow!
📌 1. Deposit Requirement
All appointments will now require a $25 deposit to secure your spot.
This deposit is applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
📌 2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to offer your spot to other clients on the waitlist.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the $25 deposit becomes non-refundable.
A new deposit will be required to rebook.
📌 3. Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)
For cancellations or rescheduling made within 12 hours of your appointment:
The $25 deposit is non-refundable, and
You will be charged 50% of the service price.
📌 4. No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service.
Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
📌 5. late changes or late arrival
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time to ensure the full service experience.
The following grace periods apply only if notice has been given in advance.
• Arrivals under 30 minutes late (with notice)
Services may still be performed; however, the appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the remaining schedule. Full service results cannot be guaranteed.
• Arrivals 30 to 60 minutes late (with notice)
The appointment will require rescheduling. The deposit will be forfeited according to our late policy.
• Arrivals over 60 minutes late (with notice)
This will be considered a no-show. The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late without notice
The appointment will be automatically canceled. This will be considered a no-show and 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
• Late Changes (within 24 hours of the appointment start time)
Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.
• Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Any exceptions to our late, cancellation, or no-show policy due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management. Documentation may be requested.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and other clients’ scheduled appointments.

Late cancellations or no-shows directly impact our artists' time and income, especially as each appointment is custom-reserved. These policies help ensure fairness and allow us to serve all clients respectfully and professionally.
