Our Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy (Effective May 10 2025)

At Suwanee Lash+Skin, we’re always working to create the best experience possible for our clients. In order to maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system for both our team and our guests, we are updating our booking and cancellation policy starting May 10.

Please take a moment to review our updated guidelines below. We appreciate your understanding and support as we grow!

📌 1. Deposit Requirement

All appointments will now require a $25 deposit to secure your spot.
This deposit is applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

📌 2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to offer your spot to other clients on the waitlist.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the $25 deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • A new deposit will be required to rebook.

📌 3. Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)

For cancellations or rescheduling made within 12 hours of your appointment:

  • The $25 deposit is non-refundable, and

  • You will be charged 50% of the service price.

📌 4. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service.

Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Why These Policies Matter

Late cancellations or no-shows directly impact our artists' time and income, especially as each appointment is custom-reserved. These policies help ensure fairness and allow us to serve all clients respectfully and professionally.

We understand emergencies happen, and we always encourage you to communicate with us. We’re happy to work with you when we can.
