Privacy Policy

At Suwanee Lash+Skin, we respect and protect your personal information.

We collect basic information such as your name, phone number, email address, and service history to provide personalized care and manage appointments efficiently. Your information may also be used for appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotions.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Photos and videos may be taken before and after treatments for documentation purposes. With your consent, these may be used for marketing or social media.

To protect client privacy:
• Identifiable areas such as the eyes will be covered or edited
• For lash services, areas other than the eyes will be covered whenever possible
• If a photo includes other facial areas, it will either be used with client consent or may be AI-generated content

We do not alter or apply filters to the treatment area. All results are presented as-is to maintain transparency and trust.

All information is securely stored and used only for business and client care purposes.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Suwanee Lash+Skin, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, the following policies apply.

Deposit

A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received. If the deposit is not completed, the time slot may be released to another client. The deposit secures your spot, and priority is given to the client who completes the deposit first.

For phone bookings, a deposit link will be sent through text message after the call. If the deposit is not completed, the appointment is not guaranteed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling (24 Hours Notice)

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• More than 24 hours of service start time: the deposit will be refunded
• Within 24 hours of service start time: the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit is required to rebook

If you canceled more than 24 hours in advance but did not receive your refund, please contact us.

Late Cancellation (Within 12 Hours)

• Deposit is forfeited
• 50% of the service cost will be charged

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or full prepayment requirements for future appointments.

Service Charge Authorization

Service charges related to late cancellations or no-shows may be processed without additional notice. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

If a service charge (due to late cancellation or no show) is declined for any reason, the outstanding balance may be charged at your next visit.

Clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay 100% of the service cost for future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

Frequent rescheduling affects availability for other clients.

• If an appointment is rescheduled more than 3 times, it may be canceled without notice
• In this case, the deposit will not be refunded

If you need to make changes, we recommend contacting us instead of canceling, as a new deposit is required for new bookings.

Late Arrival

• Under 15 minutes (with notice): service may be shortened
• 15–30 minutes late: appointment must be rescheduled, deposit forfeited
• Over 30 minutes late: considered a no-show. deposit forfeited and 100% service cost is charged.

Late Changes

Any cancellation or reschedule request within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Rescheduling due to late changes need a new deposit

Refund Policy

All services provided are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of beauty services, results may vary depending on individual condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

Corrections Policy and Disclaimer

Lash Extension Correction

At Suwanee Lash+Skin, we strive to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Please note that lash retention varies based on individual lash cycle, seasonal changes, natural lash condition, and products used.

Full-price lash sets are eligible for up to two complimentary corrections if there is a clear issue with retention or application. This must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of the original appointment and is subject to availability.

After 72 hours, a correction is no longer eligible. A 1-week mini fillin appointment is recommended for any adjustments.

Promotional or discounted services, express set (half set) and spike/point extensions are not eligible for complimentary corrections.

Lash Lift Correction

Lash lift corrections are available in cases of discomfort, over-curled results, or over-processed lashes. A complimentary touch-up may be provided FOR UPTO ONE TIME.

This must be scheduled within 72 hours of the original appointment and is subject to availability.

All Lash Services – Allergy Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

Clients with a history of allergies must consult with a doctor or take appropriate allergy precautions before their appointment.

If you have concerns, we recommend contacting us prior to booking or scheduling an allergy test.

Any allergic reaction that appears 6 days or later after the service is not considered related to the lash service or products, and we are not responsible.

Late cancellations or no-shows directly impact our artists' time and income, especially as each appointment is custom-reserved. These policies help ensure fairness and allow us to serve all clients respectfully and professionally.
